Cadence now aims higher when it picks your next work: goals read as where you're taking each project, and proposals are real steps toward them that an agent can carry for hours, not small chores.

§01 Changed
Goals are outcomes. Each project's goal now says who it's for, what changes, and how far you're taking it, with a "done when" you can check. Draft again in Your judgment redrafts them from all your work; goals you've changed stay as you wrote them. Learning from your past sessions redrafts the ones Cadence drafted.
Milestones. Proposals marked milestone are the biggest step toward a goal one agent can carry on its own branch: it plans first, works through it, and commits at each step. Smaller next steps still come when you've asked for something specific.
More to choose from. Cadence looks at each project on its own and keeps up to three proposals waiting per project, each still quoting where it came from.
§02 Fixed
Proposals for most projects were being dropped before you saw them.
After learning from past sessions, Cadence could read your recent work out of order.
