Continue in the cloud is open to everyone on Pro, and it runs on your own Claude plan.

Sign in to Claude for the cloud. Turn on Continue agents in the cloud in Settings (under iPhone relay), then click Sign in. Approve Claude Code on claude.com and paste the code it shows. Cloud runs then use your own Claude plan (Pro or Max).
The sign-in stays in your Mac's keychain. It only leaves sealed with your phone's key, so the relay can't read it.
Agents started outside a repo can go to the cloud. An agent started in your home folder used to say it couldn't continue in the cloud. Cadence now takes along the repos its conversation worked in (up to four, plus the agent's own), and brings each repo's changes and commits home when your Mac wakes.
Any paired phone on Pro can continue agents in the cloud, not just TestFlight builds.
